TROUBLES WITH SAGE BIC?

SAGE BIC - Installing a patch
Sage BIC patches should be implemented in a specific way to avoid problems when running BIC. We found the following steps work best:
- Copy the .dll conained in the patch to the server
- Go to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage Evolution\AddIns
- Rename the OLD Pastel.Evolution.BIC.Addin.dll file to Pastel.Evolution.BIC.Addin.dll.OLD
- Copy the new Pastel.Evolution.BIC.Addin.dll file and paste it in the same directory.
When this is completed, test that Sage BIC still works by launching the report manager and running one of the existing reports to ensure the report is opened properly in Excel.
